Qinde Egg Tart is a humble Portuguese egg tart stall tucked away in Whampoa Makan Place, born from a journey that spans borders, cultures, and a shared love for baking.

Our founder, Robbie Liang, spent over a decade living and working in China, where he was introduced to a deeper appreciation for pastry craftsmanship. It was there that his wife, a passionate home baker from Shandong, carefully developed our signature Portuguese egg tart recipe.

Every tart is baked fresh daily, combining traditional Portuguese influences with heartfelt family craftsmanship. Simple, honest, and freshly baked—this is our story, one egg tart at a time.
